Lunch accounts can now be paid online! Starting September, 2008. The 3% credit card transaction
fee is now waived <= o:p> We
realize it can be difficult to keep track of fees and payments to the sch=
ool
district. To help simplify
payment of school fees, Greensburg Community Schools has enrolled in an i=
nternet-based
service called Café Prepay.
The service is a website where you can pay on lunch accounts, using
your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card
or by Direct Withdrawal from your checking account. Participation in this service is
voluntary and is in addition to the option of sending money to be placed =
on
your student’s account. You may enroll in this online service at any
time. <= o:p> T=

Café Prepay service was implemented in October, 2000 by Comalex, Inc. to collect credit card payments on be=
half
of school districts across the country.&=
nbsp;
Since then the Café Prepay service has expanded, implementi=
ng
new payment options and more features for monitoring your school fees. <= o:p> T=
o use
this service, you must first enroll on the Café Prepay website at =
www.cafeprepay.com . You must have a val=
id
email address where payment confirmations will be sent by Comalex. Once you have enrolled on the
Café Prepay website and received your password from Café
Prepay, you will then be able to login and enter your personal informatio=
n.
All Personal information is stored in a secure, offline database and is
accessed only to process payments and send payment confirmation. Each time you make a payment on =
the
website, you receive payment confirmation via email. The school will receive a list of
payments via email and credit your student’s account the next day. =
Each
payment must be a minimum of $ 2=
5.00. <= o:p> T=

system may also be used to check a lunch account balance. By adding your
child to your account you can check current lunch account balances. To add
your child you will need to enter their student id number and grade level.
The student id is the code used by your child when going through the lunch
