Meet Mr. Moore
My name is Scott Moore, and I teach eighth grade Language Arts. I would like to share some things about myself.
I am very proud to be a part of the Greensburg Community School Corporation. I have been teaching at Greensburg since 1998. The first two years at Greensburg I taught fourth grade. Some of the extra-curricular duties I have are that I am the Head Varsity Baseball coach and varsity assistant Football coach.
I graduated from Saint Joseph 's College in Rensselaer, Indiana in 1998. I earned a Bachelor degree in Elementary Education with a Math/Science/Reading/Mild Disability minor and have endorsements in Computer Science, Social Studies, and Language Arts. While at St. Joe's, I was on the Football team where I was a four year lettermen. Also, I ran track and played basketball for one year. Go Pumas!
My wife, Megan, is a first grade teacher at Greensburg Elementary School. We have two sons, Avery and Elijah, who keeps us very busy and entertained!
When I have spare time, I like to play golf and go camping with my family.
