PE WEEK THREE 2011

 

Monday- MED BALL RELAYS---  20 MIN AMRAP ----  Carry a ball to the next ball 20 yards away.  Before picking up the next ball runners must complete (1st ball) 10 push ups (2nd ball) 10 Squats (3rd ball) 10 Mt. Climbers  (4th ball) 10 Air Jumps  (5th ball) Burpees.  Complete the round by sprinting back to your team mates. 

Tuesday- Run/Walk day   Only rule is to not stop!!!!

Wednesday- "JORDAN"    200 yard shuttle  200 Jump Ropes 50 squats  3 rounds for time

Thursday- Soccer Outside

Friday-  TABATA Push Ups 8 rounds 20 sec work 10 sec rest  finish with two football laps    Soccer for the remaining time in class.
