Notice for all GCHS athletes
Beginning June 3, 2025, all athletes of Greensburg High School will need to create a Final Forms account and complete all necessary information prior to your upcoming sports season. Your 2025-2026 physical will need to be uploaded to this site: https://grenesburg-in.finalforms.com/
Please use your student athlete's school email when registering. If you are a returning student athlete, you can use the account already created and update the necessary information. If you have any questions, feel free to email June Rigney @ jurigney@greensburg.k12.in.us.
